Costa Coffee Weeke
Welcome to Costa Coffee Weeke, a charming corner where coffee lovers converge for a delightful experience. Located at 4B Stockbridge Road, Weeke, SO22 6, this café stands as a popular spot for those seeking a caffeine fix and a cozy ambiance to unwind. However, the café has recently drawn attention for both its strengths and challenges, making it an intriguing place to explore.
Visiting Costa Coffee Weeke promises a journey filled with aromatic brews and convivial interactions. From the rich espresso that beckons you to take a sip to the inviting atmosphere filled with the chatter of fellow patrons, this café captures what coffee culture should feel like. Yet, like many establishments, it has its ups and downs as reflected in customer experiences.
- Friendly Service: Many customers praise the staff, particularly manager Cherie and the dedicated Maria, whose engaging interactions can lighten the mood even after a long day. They've been celebrated for their upselling techniques and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Quality of Offerings: While the coffee is generally well-received, there have been complaints about the availability of options, especially regarding vegan foods and specific drink choices. Customers have voiced their concern over stock levels, highlighting moments when preferred items were unavailable.
- Ambiance and Cleanliness: A positive point noted by patrons is the recent improvements in cleanliness, with the café's toilets now described as fresh and tidy, enhancing the overall experience. However, issues like non-functioning air conditioning have been mentioned, affecting comfort.
In sharing feedback, patrons have revealed the emotional weight of their experiences. A simple coffee run can turn sour when faced with inattentive service or unresolved dietary needs, as illustrated by the stories of Hulya and Samantha. Such experiences underscore the importance of attentive service and product availability which can significantly shape the café’s reputation.
In conclusion, Costa Coffee Weeke stands as a landmark of coffee culture in Weeke, essentially serving as both a beloved sanctuary for regulars and a space for improvement in customer service. While their offerings can tantalize, the human element of service can pivotally sway the experience. For a café such as this, engaging with every customer, understanding their needs, and meeting expectations can pave the way to enduring warmth and community spirit.
So, whether you're stopping by for a traditional cappuccino or looking for a friendly face to brighten your morning, Costa Coffee Weeke invites you in—but with a gentle reminder to perhaps voice your preferences clearly for an optimal experience. After all, it's in the little things that make each coffee moment special.

I was there Monday morning ( Nov at about : am). A lady waitress with a loud and mocking tone told me that Costa doesn’t provide for vegans anymore because no one wants vegan food and they are wasted. I was startled. I was hungry and wanted to have a peaceful breakfast and certainly I was not in a mood of making public announcement about my dietary requirements! I had to stay for the other person with me. Asked for a flat white with oat milk if they haven’t binned their oat milk as well. After I paid for my coffee and left, she and her colleague were laughing behind my back. I am glad she stuff members were having a good time. But I will not go to any Costa ever again since they don’t have anything I can eat there. I don’t recommend this particular branch to anyone unless you enjoy communicating with rude and unprofessional stuff members before your coffee! They can’t even manage to make coffee. It was cold. It was symbolic that they failed to make the heart shape on my coffee (see picture). Their heart was certainly not in it!

Only one guy on shop people in queue girl came out pushed past me to put tray on counter and walked off, after ordering x Spanish lattes, Told after paying only had skimmed milk. After leaving found out he’d done normal lattes not Spanish this store really needs sorting out! I mean how does a coffee shop run out of bloody milk!!!

Nice and very friendly staff especially the new store manager Cherie. Her upselling is really impressive! Saw how she delegate her staff and get the queue down quite quick. Notice the big improvement of the place too even there toilets, clean and smell good now compare from previous months. Only downside the air con seems not working.Parking: people can park opposite Costa or FREE for hours in Waitrose.

Being a regular customer at Costa Weeke, I would like to say that, one employee in particular is fantastic at her job. Her name is Maria. I go in at different times of the day and, sadly, on many occasions she has only been one member of staff working. She knows my order and it’s perfect every time!Dealing with customers can be tricky but dealing with impatient rude ones is draining. I have heard them tutting and complaining, without thought for the one serving. You try standing, smiling and serving people for hours on end. Whilst ensuring their specific request is made.Consider the one serving You.
